🚀 Review: First CTC-Austria OpEx PopUp Event in Linz – A great success! 🚀
On September 26, 2024, the first Austrian OpEx PopUp Event opened its doors in Linz. This innovative format brought together industry experts to discuss sustainable and forward-looking solutions to current challenges. Thanks to the great support of CTC partner Gerotor GmbH, the event was a complete success – the starting signal for further exciting dialogs and initiatives in Austria.
The intensive exchange with representatives of the local economy focused on two central questions:
1️⃣ Technological levers: How can digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence help to close efficiency gaps and sustainably increase productivity?
2️⃣ New management and organizational models: Which approaches strengthen leadership skills, promote resilient organizations and enable a successful turnaround?
