Companies in Austria are also facing similar challenges to those in Germany: work productivity 📉 is falling, while the pressure on earnings 📊 continues to rise. Many employees are overworked and managers are under immense pressure to achieve efficiency and cost savings.
We discussed possible solutions in an intensive exchange with representatives of the local economy 🤝:

Anton Aldrian: The event brings together a wide variety of interest groups and enables discussions and exchanges across the respective subject boundaries in a relaxed environment. 🚀 It was a great enrichment and very nice to meet colleagues again and get to know new people. This is also a type of “new work” that is also fun, as you can see from the group photo.
